Crockery and glasses for 6 people. Basic kitchen products such as sugar, oil, coffee, …. Dishwashing and cleaning products for kitchen are present.
Storage room with washer / dryer, iron, baby chair, travel bed, vacuum cleaner, cleaning utensils, first aid kit.
Downstairs toilet with sink.
Bathroom
Bathroom on the first floor with walk-in rain shower, bath furniture with double sink, toilet, hair dryer, towel rack, care products set.
Bedroom
1st upstairs bedroom with two beds, wardrobe, bedside table and lighting.
Second upstairs bedroom with two beds, wardrobe, bedside table and lighting.
Third upstairs bedroom with bunk beds, wardrobe.
Garden
Garden with patio and covered terrace, patio table with chairs barbecue, patio heater, parasol, deckchairs, outdoor pool (unheated).
Not included: bathroom towels, kitchen towels, bed linen (under-sheet pillowcases, duvet cover). This is to bring your own or to rent on site

- The Ratilly castle with beautiful selection of ceramic and Saint-Fargeau with supervised visits and imposing roof trusses
- Reservoir Bourdon, with hiking and water sports.
- Guédelon, where they are building a fortress according to the techniques and tools from the Middle Ages.
- Vineyard of Chablis (and many others!) with visiting the wineries.
- Sancerre, vineyards, wine growers,…
- Villages and towns nearby: Vezelay, Auxerre, Toucy (weekly market on Saturdays), Avallon, …
- Cycling or boat trip along the canal of Nivernais.

Price
- 100 euros per night + 60 euros cleaning. No extra charge for services.
- July 1-Aug 31: Only week rental (6 nights), Saturday to Saturday, 175 euros per night + 60 euros cleaning.
- Deposit 300 euros
- Possibility to rent bed linen (10 euro per bed), towel package (5 euro pp).
